The Challenge
Wholesale customers were placing orders by phone and email, with sales staff manually checking inventory in a separate ERP system before confirming each order.
The Solution
We built a self-service storefront with account-based tiered pricing, real-time inventory synced from the existing ERP, and a quote-to-order workflow for larger accounts.
The Results
Customers can now check stock and place orders directly, and sales staff spend less time on manual order entry and inventory lookups.
