The Challenge
Patient records, appointment scheduling and billing were handled across paper files and a spreadsheet, making it difficult to track patient history or avoid scheduling conflicts.
The Solution
We built a web-based clinic management system covering appointment booking, patient records and billing, accessible to front-desk and clinical staff with appropriate access controls.
The Results
Scheduling conflicts and duplicate paper records were eliminated, and staff can retrieve a patient's full history in seconds instead of searching physical files.
