The Challenge
Job assignments were communicated to field technicians by phone, with paper job reports collected days later — making it hard to track job status or bill accurately.
The Solution
We built a portal and companion mobile-friendly interface for dispatching jobs, capturing field reports on-site, and syncing status back to the office in real time.
The Results
Office staff have real-time visibility into job status, and billing is based on the same records technicians capture on-site instead of reconstructed after the fact.
